1971-1 A Community Proposal.A Study Submitted In Partial Fulfillment

1976-7 An Evaluation Of The Present Solid Waste Collection And Disposal methods For The City Of Oxford,Ohio.

1977-1 An Evaluation Of The Present Solid Waste Collection And Disposal Methods For the City Of Oxford,Ohio.

1981-3 Miami Oxford Recycling Enterprise (MORE) Project 
This project assisted MORE with publicity generation and fund-raising to help MORE become more economically self-sustaining. 

1982-3 Solid Waste Management in Butler County, Ohio 
This project estimated the total quantity of non-hazardous solid waste generated in Butler County and made recommendations for Butler County's solid waste management practices. 

1985-5 Litter Opinion Survey of Butler County 
A survey was conducted on public awareness, beliefs, and litter-related behavior to assist the Office of Litter Control in decreasing littering. 

1986-1 Recycling Alternatives for Fairfield, Ohio 
A study of recycling programs and Fairfield's needs and fiscal constraints resulted in a recommendation on a community recycling program. 

1990-2 Household Hazardous Waste 
This project addressed the identification, use, storage and disposal of hazardous household wastes and its effect on the environment. 

1990-4 Recycling Alternatives for Miami University 
This project developed a recycling program for the university campus, including residential halls, classroom buildings, dining halls, and computer centers. 

1988-2 Future Use Recommendations for the Butler County Landfill 
This report made recommendations on post-closure use of the landfill based on an evaluation of the site's development potential and limitations. 


1991-1 Waste Characterization and Waste Minimization at Miami University 
This report characterized the waste stream of MU and made recommendations on implementation of a comprehensive waste minimization program. 

1991-3 Solid Waste Stream Characterization and Waste Reduction Options for McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital 
This project characterized the waste stream of the hospital, examined how waste was reduced and explored options for further reducing waste. 

1992-4 Southwest Ohio Wasteshed Analysis 
This project defined the wastesheds in SW Ohio and developed tools to aid future study of solid waste management problems. 

1996-2 An Assessment of Solid Waste Recycling for Rural Areas in Butler County, Ohio 
This study provided Butler County Solid Waste District with recommendations for better serving the recycling needs of
residents in rural areas. 

1996-3 Butler County Yard Waste Composting 
This project assessed the volume and type of residential yard waste generated in Butler County and the need for alternative disposal. 

1996-4 Resource Recovery &; Community Development
in Dayton, Ohio 
This study focused on the feasibility of industrial solid waste extraction, used in the development of non-profit business ventures. 

1997 Green Glass Recycling, Butler County Department of Environmental Services. 
This group found markets for the reuse of green glass. 

1999 Reuse It Guide, Butler County Division of Recycling and Litter Prevention. 

2000-3 Appliance Recycling, Butler County Department of Solid Waste Management 

2002-3 Miami University Food Waste Characterization and analysis.
