Warren County is in the process of attaining compliance with the Phase II MS4 Final Rule measures. The PSP team will assist the Public Works, Parks, Public Utilities, Engineering, Building, Fire and Police Departments on how to effectively manage stormwater runoff. In preparation for the training curriculum, the team must fully understand what BMPs are being used elsewhere and how they are being incorporated into daily operations. The team will find the means to use existing municipal infrastructure and still meet the BMP standards.
