4 Leaf Development

A land development is planned south of Oxford (from College View Motel east to Four Mile Creek). The several parts of the development will be built in stages. The several parts include an apartment complex, technical park, condominiums, single-family dwellings, roads, and a wide road that is being designed for use as a portion of a connector road between route 73 and 27.  PDF of the application to change the zoning from agricultural.  This proposal was passed on November 22.  There will be other chances to suggest modifications, but the zoning variance passed the zoning board, and the developers can continue.

Possible Connector Road (in RED  -  click image for a larger version):
This roadway will be donated to the county. The donated land will total 10 acres and will include a 100 foot wide section - wide enough to be used as an ODOT / OKI connector road between 73 and 27 as previously approved by the Northwest Butler Transportation board last year. The rest of the connection to 73 is not planned; so this "donation" may or may not be the site of the ODOT / OKI connector.  The City of Oxford is consulting with state agencies to determine the pathway for the 27 to 732 connector. Their initial plans connect to 27 a bit further to the north than this donated portion (below in red)

ZONING
Oxford, Milford, and Hanover Township, do not decide their own zoning. Butler County does.
Zoning is controlled by Butler County via their Zoning Board.
